A leading main construction contractor specialising in the healthcare sector, focusing on full design and build within traditional and modular construction. The project is due to finish in March 2025, and they are looking for an experienced site manager to act as the liaison between the construction director and the site management team. Bristol location, parking on site.
The right candidate will be good at managing a small team, well-organised, and able to multi-task.
As the successful Construction Site Manager, you will be:
Managing a team of 4 site managers/supervisors Overseeing site access Responsible for site H&S Ensuring the project runs according to programme and resolving delays quickly and effectively Working 10 hours on site To be successful as the Construction Site Manager:
Experienced in managing a large site Experienced in working for a main or principal contractor Possessing SMSTS and First Aid certifications You will be a team player, leader, organiser, with excellent communication skills.
