Site Manager Bude
Sphere Solutions are working with a successful contractor specialising in Construction, Refurbishment, M&E and Civil Engineering to recruit a Site Manager to join a new scheme in Bude.
Are you suitable for this role?
Must have a proven background of leading a construction project in the region of £3million
SMSTS, CSCS black or white and First Aid at Work
Must have excellent administration and IT skills due to the level of paperwork required.
Commercial experience/knowledge including the ability to price small works/variations
Due to the nature of scheme, you will need to gain BPSS clearance and a DBS check
In return:
£55,000 per annum
£5k car allowance (commencing after completion of 3 months probation period)
Pension option (commencing after completion of 3 months probation period)
Healthcare option (commencing after completion of 3 months probation period)
