Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting.
About You:
Proven experience as a Commercial Build Site Manager, ideally with projects of similar value. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Full UK driving license (essential).
