Support the Senior Site Manager in overseeing a refurbishment and maintenance framework in Cambridge, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Scope of Work:
Manage structural & cyclical repairs, including windows, doors, and other refurbishment/maintenance works across multiple properties. Team Coordination:
Supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project delivery. Health & Safety:
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Programme Management:
Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and adapt plans to address challenges and maintain timelines. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, meeting both client specifications and industry regulations. Client & Resident Liaison:
Work closely with the Senior Site Manager, clients, and residents to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption during works. Documentation:
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates, to support effective reporting and project transparency.
