Site Manager (Dry Lining) - Canterbury

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Canterbury, overseeing the dry lining subcontractor on site. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role in a dynamic project environment, ensuring high-quality delivery and maintaining strong on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating the dry lining subcontractor on site. Ensuring work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget. Monitoring health and safety compliance across all dry lining activities. Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining quality control. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth communication. Producing progress reports and addressing any on-site issues effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience in dry lining and site management. Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), and First Aid certifications. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills. Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
