Approach Personnel are working with a specialist Retrofit contractor to hire a Site Manager for a 2 month project near Cardiff. The successful candidate will take control of one of a scheme and be responsible for overseeing a successful project within the specified time frame and budget.

SMSTS CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred) First Aid at Work certification Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and the clients. Supervise site staff and subcontractors. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. Oversee health and safety protocols on-site. Report project progress to the main contractor.
