RECRUITMENTiQ is currently working in partnership with a local primary school, who are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our excellent premises staff.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
Hardworking and takes pride in your high standard of work
A team player who is friendly and professional, relating well to children and adults
Responsible, flexible and reliable with a good understanding of health and safety requirements of site management
Able to direct yourself to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
The post will involve:
Routine repair and maintenance tasks and portaging duties
Site security including unlocking and locking premises at the start and end of the day which requires the role to be on a split shift
Regular compliance checks and report logging
Knowledge and understanding of relevant Health & Safety legislation
Liaison with contractors
Management of the cleaning personnel
Keeping school clean and tidy, well presented, well-lit and heated
Possible working hour variation and overtime, particularly during the school holidays
