Meeting clients and managing their expectations. Being the first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors. Managing and producing all aspects of Health & Safety. Working closely with Quantity Surveyors.
The Person
Background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association. Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs/voids/planned works/project works. Building or refurbishment related qualification or demonstrable experience. Experience within the construction industry.
