60k plus package Overview:
Site Manager required for the region's busiest Residential Developer. You will be responsible for leading a new build development of over 140 units in the South East. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the new build development project. Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Oversee site operations and manage subcontractors. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Experience as a Site Manager with leading residential developers. Proven track record of longevity with previous employers. Must have CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications. Experience as No2 on a large site for several years. Benefits:
