Site Manager required to work evenings 4 - 12 midnight on an office fitout contract in Christchurch.
Main duties:
The daily running of site
site inductions
looking after and direction sub contractors
maintaining health and safety
keeping records of progress
reporting back to contracts manager
Requirements:
SMSTS Cert
CSCS Card
First Aid certificate
min 5 years site manager experience
be from a interior/refurbishment background
Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
DBS would be advantageous with a BPSS to be completed.
