Site Manager
to join their team and manage high-end residential projects ranging from £500k to £5m. Our client is a well-established and highly regarded main contractor specialising in high-end residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Site Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed to specification and deadlines. Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure the site adheres to all health and safety regulations, completing risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment. Client Liaison:
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and designers, acting as the key point of contact on-site. Programme Management:
Develop and manage construction programmes, reporting progress to senior management. Quality Assurance:
Maintain the high standards of workmanship synonymous with high-end residential projects. Problem Solving:
Proactively resolve any site-based challenges to avoid delays or disruptions. Requirements: Proven experience managing high-end residential projects as a Site Manager, with project values typically ranging from £500k £5m. Strong understanding of high-quality finishes and attention to detail required for luxury properties. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards.
