Site Manager - Commercial Fitout - Salary up to 210k
If you would like to join an established team in a family-orientated environment and enjoy working on medium to large fit-out and refurbishment projects, this role may be for you. Our client consistently builds landmark commercial projects across the Melbourne CBD.
As the Site Manager, you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:
Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
Developing and maintaining great rapport with site teams and stakeholders
Working closely with the Project Manager to manage the construction program
Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:
A minimum of 4 years Site Management experience delivering commercial projects with a head contractor
Drive and focus for career progression
Broad knowledge of OH&S
Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
Health project experience is a plus
Track record of delivering projects valued at $5 million and above
Proficient in Procore
