Site Manager – Commercial

Commercial Site Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - London Company: Currently, a Specialist Fit Out Contractor who carries out projects in the Commercial, Education, and Residential sectors is looking for an experienced Site Manager. These projects include CAT A & CAT B fit-outs. Projects are mainly located in London and surrounding counties, and usually range from £100k - £3m in value. Commercial Site Manager Role: The company is looking for a site manager with previous commercial fit-out experience to work on various upcoming projects in London. As the site manager, you will be responsible for all sub-contractors on site, along with general day-to-day management of the project and adherence to H&S protocols. This is a permanent position, and the company intends to promote the successful candidate within the business in the coming years. Commercial Drylining Site Manager Requirements: Sound knowledge of interior fit-out systems Previously worked on CAT A &/OR CAT B projects, specifically on commercial projects 5 years of management experience working on projects with a value of £1m+ Previous experience working on drylining/fit-out projects All up-to-date site certificates including SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid Good attitude and willingness to work as both an individual and as a team Salary: They are offering an annual salary package of up to £60k plus package, which will be dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
