for refurbishment and fit-out of a Data Centre in Hampshire & Overseas. Interested applicants should have an excellent knowledge and experience of all main project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Personal Specification: Design, management, or construction experience gained within secure construction environments, ideally MoD, Courts, Banks/Building Societies, Laboratories, Health & Education fit-outs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC with site level experience) or a relevant Degree (Construction Project Management/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) or Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction management. M&E or CSA/Civils or Construction Site Management background. Programme management experience. Construction or mission critical background (Data Centre/Life Sciences/Pharma/Oil and Gas, etc.).
