Client Our client is a leading specialist commercial and residential construction company working on projects throughout Northern Ireland. They pride themselves on their ability to take innovative solutions to building practices.
They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection. Liaise with all levels of management. Lead toolbox talks. Conduct risk assessments. Adhere to construction drawings. Ability to perform on residential projects. Day to day site management of busy development to include materials and site personnel inclusive of sub-contractors. Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and house purchasers to ensure delivery of turnkey homes are met. The Ideal Person:
