Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management and team leadership? We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of school facilities across multiple sites. In this pivotal role, you will manage diverse responsibilities, from coordinating maintenance schedules and managing compliance contracts to ensuring high standards in health and safety, cleaning, and lettings. With your excellent organisational skills and commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors alike. What will you do? Be responsible for a regular schedule of inspections throughout the buildings, and action plans for modifications and improvements. Alert the Principal to any work that needs to be undertaken or any issues where health and safety is at risk. Manage and assist with all deliveries to the school, ensuring the proper storage and distribution of all goods. Oversee the work of contractors to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and in line with Avanti Schools Trust policy. Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement plans to improve the quality of facilities across the school site. Why should you apply? Experience in a facilities management or similar role. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to apply basic ICT skills to the needs of the job.
