£50,000 - £55,000 per annum About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading social housing maintenance contractor based in Dartford. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing planned internal and external maintenance, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments (K+B), and void property works within the social housing sector. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that works are carried out safely, to a high standard, and within agreed timelines. You will be leading teams of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring smooth delivery of projects while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of social housing maintenance projects, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Team Management:

Lead and coordinate teams of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and productivity on site. Health & Safety Compliance:

Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring risk assessments are in place and adhered to. Quality Control:

Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly. Client Interaction:

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that any concerns or issues are managed effectively and promptly. Reporting:

Regularly report to senior management on site progress, challenges, and any issues affecting the project. Key Requirements: Social Housing Experience:

Proven experience managing maintenance and refurbishment works within the social housing sector. SMSTS Certification:

Valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate is essential. K+B and Void Works Experience:

Significant experience in managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and void property works. Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams on-site. Health & Safety Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of health and safety requirements, with the ability to enforce these on-site effectively. Excellent Communication:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and senior management. Full UK Driving Licence:

A valid driving licence is required due to the need to travel to various sites. Additional Information: Location:
