Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met
Manage resources, personnel, and subcontractors efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Foster strong communication with clients, contractors, and team members
Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail
