Kent We are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a large residential developer. The position will last for 3-4 weeks and will be reporting into the Senior Site Manager on-site, working as a number 2, walking around and monitoring the subcontractors. The project consists of 150 units, including 3-5 houses in a high-volume environment. There are numerous other projects in the area that you can potentially move over to if all works between both parties. You should have experience working for developers and hold the relevant CSCS Card and SMSTS, as well as references. Apply For This Job
