One of our established clients is currently looking for a site manager to join their team overseeing an external works programme based in Derby for a social housing provider.
The right person will have experience working in external works (Roofing, guttering, soffits, fascia), overseeing tradesmen, adhering to health & safety and ensuring the project is on track.
Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing subcontractors Ensuring the project is on track Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed Liaising with the client Minimum Requirements:
SMSTS First Aid Asbestos awareness Working at heights We are looking for the right person to start on 22/01/2025.
