22/01/2025 One of our established clients is currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team overseeing an external works programme based in Derby for a social housing provider. The right person will have experience working in external works (Roofing, guttering, soffits, fascia), overseeing tradesmen, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring the project is on track. Main Responsibilities:

Overseeing subcontractors Ensuring the project is on track Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed Liaising with the client Minimum Requirements:
