This contractor is looking for an experienced 'number 2' on site to work under and report into the Project Manager. Responsibilities under the Site Manager's remit include Health and Safety, Quality, managing the site team, and programming of works. The basic requirements can be summed up as follows: You must possess the ability to effectively programme site works. You will be responsible for all health and safety on site. Managing all quality inspections. Have the ability to drive projects forward effectively. Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines. Manage cost, quality, and time of the project with minimal support. They are looking for an autonomous Site Manager capable of working as a number 2 on construction schemes over the value of £5 million, with ideally some care home project experience. A Main Contractor background is essential. Benefits
You will have the opportunity to earn up to £60,000 per annum. You will also receive a car allowance, which is provided on top of the yearly salary.
