About The Role Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Repair & Maintenance Site Manager to help us deliver this exciting contract based in North West Wales. The Repair and Maintenance Site Manager will lead their teams to manage the delivery of Task Team capability to the Repair and Maintenance contract. As the Repair and Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with client teams & Supervisors to deliver all aspects of the Repair and Maintenance Contract. Ensure all Task Team works undertaken are safe and in line with Morrison Water Services procedures and industry best practice. Monitor Risk assessment and setup site to ensure NRSWA guidelines are delivered. You will need to work closely with local Highways Authorities and our third-party traffic management company to ensure NRSWA guidelines are delivered. Monitor team activities to maintain a clean and safe work site inspecting all work and work equipment for defects. Demonstrate an excellent level of customer engagement, managing customer expectations and complaints through to close out. Deliver programmes efficiently. You will be responsible for managing plant and equipment. You will be responsible for maximising SLAs and Contract KPIs. Complete site and Team SHEQ audits. You will be required to be on Standby, Out of Hours and Call Outs. The Key Requirements Do you hold a Supervisor NRSWA qualification? Do you hold a current driving licence? You will need to hold one to be considered for this role. Water hygiene card? Water SHEA or CSCS? Are you confident with computer applications? Do you hold any of the following? These are desirable but not essential: IOSH Managing contractor - PICW Asbestos - Non-licensed removal Medium risk confined space Service and mains laying (Level 2) B, E Driving Licence Emergency First Aid Manual Handling Abrasive Wheels What’s in it for you?
