Kenton Black are recruiting for a Site Manager. Based in the Dundee area, the client is an established building contractor managing the construction of new build/refurbishment projects, up to £2m.
In your new role, as a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of commercial construction projects across Angus, Dundee, Perth & Fife. You will ensure that each site adheres to health & safety protocols and will direct sub-contractors, in-house tradesmen, and labour to achieve programme deadlines and meet clients' expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering materials & labour, as well as creating progress reports and contributing to client/management/stakeholder meetings.
As a minimum, you must have your CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS qualifications/certificates, as well as previous experience managing commercial construction projects. Working history must be backed by positive employer feedback.
