Company Overview: My client is one of Northern Ireland’s renowned fit-out providers, specialising in high-quality retail, workspace, and hospitality projects. Their team brings extensive experience in delivering exceptional fit-out and refurbishment projects for some of the most recognised brands across the UK and Ireland.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. You will oversee the on-site delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include: Manage and supervise site teams, including direct labour and subcontractors, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Monitor and maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site. Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including site setup, scheduling, and resolving technical or logistical challenges. Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and the in-house project team to ensure a seamless delivery process. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet GEM’s high standards and client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Ensure all documentation, including RAMS, site records, and project reports, are completed accurately.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out or refurbishment projects, preferably in retail, hospitality, or workspace sectors. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively. Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, designers, and suppliers. Flexibility to travel across NI, GB, and ROI as required. A valid CSR card, First Aid certificate, and a full driving license.
