Our client requires an Earthworks Site Manager to join a team working in the Rotherham area, for a well-reputed Groundworks company, reporting to the Directors and Plant Manager. The position is for an initial duration of 6-8 weeks, with the likelihood of more work following.

Responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating personnel, managing suppliers and resources to successfully complete works safely, on time, and on budget. Effective supervision of personnel, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site. Successful organizing and time management. Maintaining good communication and IT skills. Understanding relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Muckaway and muck-shift experience, as well as ground remediation experience, is preferable.
