This busy contractor is looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their well-established team, initially to lead a high-end fit-out project, circa £2m, in Edinburgh.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Day-to-day site management. Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently. Maintaining and developing site records. Pushing forward projects in line with budget and quality guidelines. Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Playing a key role in mentoring and training junior members on site.
The ideal candidate will come from an engineering or joinery background and will have an enthusiastic and committed nature.
