We are looking for a Site Manager to join our expanding team who has a wealth of experience within the housing sector. You will have a background in leading large teams of various trades and knowledge of managing complex projects. The successful candidate will report to our Contracts Manager and be responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their project programme. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of the project within programme timescales Manage onsite compliance with the business health and safety standards and processes Accountable for ensuring all site operations meet specification guidelines Supervise and manage multiple trades ensuring all work is delivered in-line with our ‘Quality as Standards’ ethos Communicate clearly with your onsite team ensuring they receive clear direction and operate within A.C. Whyte guidelines Minimum Requirements: 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager SMSTS Training Certificate CSCS Card Valid First Aid Certificate CISRS certification Full UK Driving License Driven individual with strong leadership skills If you would love to be part of our A.C.
