A unique role for a number one, lead site manager to oversee a £6m steel frame commercial industrial project for a main contractor overseeing the cladding, internal fit out and external groundworks to completion of project. Reporting into a visiting Director. Candidate:
Will need to have a proven track record of delivering their own projects as a number one on site, with experience of industrial new build schemes of a similar value or worked for a main contractor on new build projects. They will also need to have all their relevant health and safety qualifications including CSCS Card, SMSTS, and first aid.
