Up to £44,000 + Company Vehicle
I am working with a long-standing regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager, working on several projects: ranging from refurbishment, heritage, public sector and commercial works.
Responsibilities will include:
* Management of sub-contractors, labour and materials.
* On site Health & Safety, adhering to the clients' regulations and policies.
* Reporting to the roving Contracts Manager.
* Create progress reports.
* Stay in frequent communications with the client's representatives.
Candidate requirements:
* Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work is essential, regional / general contracting experience is preferred.
* Diligent, hardworking and committed to the build.
* DBS clearance will be required
* A full driving license will be required due to the location of the sites
Salary - Up to £44,000 + Company vehicle + fuel card
