I am working with a long-standing regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager for several projects, including refurbishment, heritage, public sector, and commercial works. Responsibilities:
Management of sub-contractors, labour, and materials. On-site Health & Safety, adhering to the clients' regulations and policies. Reporting to the roving Contracts Manager. Creating progress reports. Maintaining frequent communication with the client's representatives. Candidate Requirements:
Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work; regional/general contracting experience is preferred. Diligent, hardworking, and committed to the build. DBS clearance will be required. A full driving license is required due to the location of the sites. Additional Benefits: Salary - Up to £44,000 + Company vehicle + fuel card Private medical and 25 days annual holiday.
