We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Externals) for a leading developer of residential properties, specializing in creating high-quality homes and communities across the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing all external works, ensuring high-quality delivery, safety, and compliance with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all external construction activities
Ensure work is completed to specification and within budget
Maintain site safety and compliance with regulations
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing external works on RC Frame new build residential projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card
