Location: Ashford, Kent Specialism: Cladding, Re-Cladding & EWI
A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external façade projects. You will play a key role in delivering cladding, re-cladding, and external wall insulation (EWI) solutions across various sites in Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards. Oversee health and safety compliance and maintain site records. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in cladding, re-cladding, or EWI. Strong leadership and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety. Relevant qualifications in construction/site management (SMSTS, CSCS).
