Our client, a national contractor, has an immediate requirement for a facades Site Manager on a large residential project. The role will be fantastic for those with proven rainscreen cladding management experience who are seeking a role with great prospects. Candidates applying should have direct knowledge of cladding from a trade/fixer background to management. Successful candidates must have a CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and first aid certification, as well as previous experience in a similar role for a recognised contractor. Your role will include overseeing and managing labour, quality, and programme. You must be personable, professional, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A good/basic working knowledge of IT applications, especially Word and Outlook, is also essential. Candidates must be able to communicate at different levels, from managing and pushing sub-contractors to liaising with management. You must have the background to understand construction techniques, check quality, and be driven enough to ensure works are completed efficiently. The ability to think on your feet and take a common-sense approach on site is essential. Essential for the role: Proven experience working in a similar role. CSCS Card. Ideally SMSTS and first aid certification. Proficient in the use of IT applications, such as Word and Outlook. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to carry out administrative tasks with little supervision.
