Job Description Our client, a national contractor, has an immediate requirement for a facades Site Manager on a large residential project. The role will be fantastic for those with proven rainscreen cladding management seeking a position with great prospects. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage labour, quality, and programme. Communicate effectively at all levels, including managing sub-contractors and liaising with management. Understand construction techniques and check quality. Ensure works are pushed forward efficiently. Think on your feet and take a common sense approach around the site. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience working in a similar role. CSCS Card. Ideally SMSTS and first aid certification. Site construction experience. Attention to detail. Proficient in the use of IT applications, such as Word and Outlook. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to carry out administrative tasks with little supervision.
