37.5 hours per week (all year round) JOB OVERVIEW Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management and team leadership? Join the team as a School Site Facilities Manager and oversee the maintenance, safety and upkeep of school facilities across multiple sites. As the School Site Facilities Manager you will manage diverse responsibilities, from coordinating maintenance schedules and managing compliance contracts to ensuring high standards in health and safety, cleaning and lettings. Working as the School Site Facilities Manager your excellent organisational skills and commitment to excellence will help you play a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors alike. DUTIES To be responsible for a regular schedule of inspections throughout the buildings, and action plans for modifications and improvements. Alerting the Principal to any work that needs to be undertaken or any issues where health and safety is at risk. Manage and assist with all deliveries to the school, ensuring the proper storage and distribution of all goods. Oversee the work of contractors to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and in line with policy. Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement plans to improve the quality of facilities across the school site. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Experience in a facilities management or similar role. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
