Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the supermarket project. • Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in supermarket refurbishment or similar retail sector projects. • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
