Key Responsibilities

* Oversee internal and external refurbishment of various blocks in a college and runs until mid-2025

* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal colleagues.

* Develop and manage project programs, utilizing MS Project.

* Write and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and other health and safety documentation.

* Ensure high standards of quality are met on all projects.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years' experience as a lead Site Manager on refurbishment projects.

* Proven ability to build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

* Proficient in MS Project and project programming.

* Experience in writing RAMS and managing health and safety paperwork.

* Solid understanding of quality control processes.

* Required certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Managers Card.
