We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Caretaker/Site Manager
to join our team, covering three schools in the Farnborough and Aldershot area. The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of school facilities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and general upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations of the school sites. Conducting regular maintenance and cleaning tasks. Ensuring the site is secure and health and safety protocols are adhered to. Liaising with school staff to address any maintenance or site-related issues.
Hours:
07:30 to 16:30 Pay Rate:
17 to 20 per hour, depending on experience.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in caretaking or site management. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. DBS check required.
