About Us: A client we're working alongside are a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions, committed to safeguarding lives and property. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a critical fire protection project for Social Housing and commercial properties.

Role Overview: As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all fire protection activities within the hospital project. Your expertise will be crucial in managing on-site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage all on-site fire protection operations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  3. Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
  5. Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fire protection industry.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge of fire protection systems, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Previous experience with hospital or healthcare facility projects is highly desirable.
