Site Manager
to oversee their high-end interior fit-out projects in London.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination of daily site operations in line with the contract programme Develop weekly and daily work schedules to ensure project progress aligns with overall timelines Implement company processes and procedures or project-specific quality plans (P.Q.P.) Ensure high levels of quality control throughout all project phases Manage subcontractors and site supervisors Liaise with clients and their representatives as required Coordinate with other contractors on-site to ensure seamless integration of work packages Take full responsibility for one or more work packages, including supervision, quality control, and maintaining project records
Requirements:
Relevant building-related qualification CSCS Supervisor card Previous management experience, particularly in dry lining and fit-out projects Experience in joinery, high-quality fit-outs, or refurbishment projects in commercial, residential, or hotel markets is highly desirable
