Site Manager - Main Contractor - Fit Out - Holborn, London

My client is a well-established main contractor/general builder with over 15 years of trading experience. They deliver top-quality projects across London and the South-East, including listed buildings, education, hospitals, commercial, residential, and many others.
Projects range from £10k to £7m in value across restoration, fit-outs, refurbishments, design and build, and conversions.
Role:
Currently, they have a fit-out project in Holborn, London. The role is for a Site Manager vacancy, which is a permanent position with further work already secured.
You will be responsible for overseeing this project from start to finish. This includes being able to read drawings, managing onsite health and safety, updating all teams, overseeing site administration, and chasing instructions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager working on interior fit-out/refurbishment packages
All up-to-date site certificates - SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, & Asbestos Awareness
Ideally, you would have a carpentry background with a good eye for detail
Good IT skills
Salary:
They are offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on previous experience and qualifications.
