I am currently in need of a Site Manager to run a £500k Commercial Office refurbishment project in Didcot. The project is currently live and will run for 22 weeks and consists of 1st & 2nd fix fit out works such as re-decorations, new lighting, AC points, and some external cladding works.
The Candidate:
must be capable of delivering the project standalone, reporting into a contract manager, and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A, etc.
Site tickets required:
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
