Site Manager
* Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps. * CSCS card - Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person. * SMSTS Award. * GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects including Maths and English or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent. * Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman. * Full UK driving licence. * Knowledge of industry H&S. * Site planning skills to ensure production targets are achieved. * Experience supervising and running of contracts on site so work is completed on time, to required quality and cost effectively. Planning, set up and visit sites to check production and controls.
