Are you a Site Manager with experience running external refurbishment works looking for your next fixed term role?
Due to a successful period of expansion, this contractor is looking to strengthen its on site management team. We are looking for an established Manager with experience in refurbishment works. This site in particular is set to start in March 2025, where we are looking for a Site Manager to join on an initial 9 month fixed term basis for a flagship retrofit contract in Forres.
As Site Manager, duties of the role will include: Management of all site activity day to day (labour and sub contractor coordination). Responsible for driving the programme and delivering quality products for customers. Work closely with the tenant liaison to ensure smooth access and communication with tenants. Responsibility for all health and safety on site.
We are looking for someone with the following: Commitment to delivering quality as standard. Experience in the external fabric upgrading of properties, in particular roofing, external wall insulation and render systems. Someone who is motivated, organised, has strong management skills, and is confident and comfortable liaising with all relevant stakeholders. A Scaffold Inspection Certificate and a CSCS Site Managers card are also essential.
