The client is an innovative Fit Out contractor with a strong portfolio of projects across Central London and surrounding areas. They prioritize quality, health & safety, and brand value, having won numerous awards for their work.
The company has an immediate requirement for a Number 1 Site Manager to oversee a D&B refurbishment project of a delivery storing unit. This is a client-facing role with a tight programme, and the client seeks a fully pledged Site Manager with a keen eye for detail who can independently manage the job.
This opportunity could transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
The Manager must have:
Track record of working on commercial fit-out jobs
Track record of successfully completed D&B fit-out projects
Ability to hit the ground running
Experience in procuring and commercially managing projects
Strong attention to detail
Excellent quality assurance skills
Health and safety focus
Must have SMSTS, BLACK CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
