Our client is a leading construction contractor operating across Gloucester and the surrounding areas, specialising in delivering high-profile commercial schemes with project values ranging from £5m to £20m. They are a highly respected and growing business with a solid reputation for quality, innovation, and employee satisfaction.

Why Join?

This is your chance to join a company that stands out in the industry, not only for the projects they deliver but also for the way they treat their people. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project milestones. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment at all times. Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, resolving issues proactively to minimise delays. Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project management team, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.
