We are looking for a Site Manager to work on a variety of projects within our Construction Division. You will be responsible for managing the site, ensuring the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Job Role Prepare risk assessments, method statements and devise safe systems of work Monitor progress against the programme of works Carry out quality inspections of the works Co-ordinate and manage both Barnwood’s employees and subcontractors Liaise with the client, architect and other professionals associated with the project Set out the works Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to Experience Required: Ability to build effective working relationships with the team and clients Full driving license as will travel to project locations CSCS card holder Hold SMSTS/SSSTS, first aid and fire marshal certificates Seniority level
