v7 recruitment are looking for a contract site manager for a Data Centre project in Gosport and Portsmouth.
The client is a well-established M&E/ Data Centre Construction Specialist that works on projects across the UK and the world.
The contract is outside IR35 - 6 Months with further work in the southern regions.
Responsibilities:
Manage subcontractors and maintain client relationships. Work alongside a Project Manager while leading on-site activities. Ensure effective communication and uphold a strong work ethic. Minimum Requirements:
SMSTS certification. CSCS certification. Experience in managing subcontractors and client-facing roles. Desired M&E background on Mission Critical or Data Centre Projects / Live Environments.
