Conrad Consulting is working with a social housing developer, who is in the market for an experienced Site Manager to join their business in the West of Scotland.
Working on new build developments valued from £2m - £15m, our client delivers new communities across Scotland to help address the housing shortage currently facing the Scottish market.
Work is now set to commence on several new developments, and as such, the requirement to strengthen their team has arisen.
What You Will Bring
We are looking to speak with individuals with a history of delivering social housing developments and working closely and cohesively with Clerk of Works, external stakeholders, and clients. You will be an accomplished construction professional comfortable managing multi-trade sites, ensuring these are resourced appropriately and that projects are delivered to programme and pre-agreed financial budgets. Working closely with the client on all matters, there will be regular progress meetings and a constant dialogue between the site management team and the Clerk of Works. All developments are constructed using timber frame methods, so previous experience of this is essential. What Now?
